Who am I Hello! My name is David, I am a sports nutritionist and certified personal trainer. About me I live in the UK and, thanks to the knowledge and skills gained from my BSc at Kingston University London and MSc at Manchester Metropolitan University, I have been creating nutrition and training programs for athletes and sports enthusiasts (including myself) for 6 years. My approach I base my approach on objective and modern scientific data, which is practiced by leading sports teams. I work with athletes to improve physical fitness, performance and reduce the risk of injury. It is also important for me to explain to my clients how our nutrition and training plans are structured, so that in the future, they can independently maintain their physique and health. My clients receptive my full attention and we cover all areas that effect their result. Experience I compete in bodybuilding and understand the intricacies of competitive sports. Under my leadership, athletes in such sports as bodybuilding, swimming, football, athletics and equestrianism successfully prepared for competitions and won medals. Over 6 years of experience, I managed to work online and offline with more than 100 athletes from the UK, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland and Ireland. Each had their own demographic and cultural background, where my task was to find an individual approach to the athlete's needs. Future I have a startup that I have been developing since the summer of 2022. 'Foody U' is a nutrition plan algorithm - a service that intends to provide the same value and solve the same nutrition problems as a private nutritionist. There is a desire to get into Formula 1 and other professional teams. Work with the best athletes in the world... or make them such myself... Maybe it will be you ;)

A healthy diet is fundamental to overall health and wellbeing. My inspiration to start my own business stemmed from a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives and contribute to their overall wellness. I recognized the need for personalized nutrition and fitness services that prioritize individualized care, support, and guidance.
