Calm, friendly and sincere, she’s also an excellent listener, which means she responds to your issues and often tailors her sessions to participants’ needs. I went on the Mindfulness Meditation course last year and had no idea what to expect or what I’d get from it. I’ve found that I use the principles and techniques daily. I love the walking meditation, it gets me outside, appreciating my surroundings and if I’m stressed, I know how to take a step back and not get wound up!!!
