As your coach, I start with a belief that says "you are whole, you are not broken. We are creating a future for you from where are you are today, what do you want to be possible?" I have no formula or process for you other than to be an observer of actions and results, I stand shoulder to shoulder with you, in your shoes and suggest what else might be true, what it might be true of, how much your beliefs serve you and how much they hold you back from achieving the next level in your success.

As a coach I work both holistically and practically with people and help them get out of their own way, emotionally grow and gain more clarity and fulfilment in their lives. I help people to help themselves. Helping people to gain a new perspective and set a solid foundation to make real sustainable change. This all begins with proving a safe space to share, meeting someone where they are emotionally and taking it from there.

Working with Gareth has been great in several ways.
It allows me to know that I’ve got diarised time (with Gareth) where I can take a step back from working in the business and spend time reflecting on what I’ve achieved as well as working on my vision for where I’m taking the business.
Gareth has also helped me with mindset work, which has been invaluable as I’ve faced the inevitable highs and lows of running my own business.
The best part is having that feeling that I’ve got someone in my corner, cheering me on.
As a self-employed sole trader, there is only me in my business and that can sometimes feel like a lonely and scary place.
Having Gareth alongside me as my coach has been great for moral support and Gareth has shown belief in me even when my own self-belief has been wobbly – which has been invaluable!
And the best bit!
Me and my new business are still standing after the first 12 months, with lots of great wins to celebrate from year 1 and lots of exciting opportunities to look forward to in year 2.
Thank you Gareth!!

Hi, I'm Andrew Horder. I believe we all have not just a right to find joy in our work, but even a duty! That makes my entire life a quest to bring my value to the world from a place of ease and grace and joyfulness - and to help others to do the same ... What gets me out of bed in the morning ... ... ready and raring to go, is my mission to change the way we think about work. It really doesn't have to be that thing we are forced to go and do to earn the money that allows us to follow our passion in our 'real life'

I first met Nassar at a networking event several years ago in Brighton and found him easy to talk to with business matters. His knowledge of business strategy, finance and marketing is brilliant. He has offered up ideas to help my business grow, and he's always been available on calls to discuss other elements of my business. He is a great biz mentor.

I was applying for jobs within the civil service and have never written a “STAR” or even come across competency questions before. I’m 54 so this new way of interviewing is all new to me! In a panic I asked a FB group for help and Tom came to the rescue! I am so very grateful for his guidance and kindness.

Discover how to live healthily in every respect – primarily through developing a genuinely healthy work / life balance. My clients learn how to focus on key areas of life that are frequently neglected such as family relationships and creating time to think deeply. This helps them to come to a fresh understanding of themselves, enabling them to be released into their true potential.

I came to the sessions with a blank canvas and finished the schedule having thoroughly enjoyed the progress we made together.
I appreciate Caroline’s insightful observations and ability to draw on her own personal experiences to provide pragmatic feedback. For example, Caroline’s own experience in the corporate sector means the advice she provided was ‘tried and tested’, rather than high level pointers – which is really useful. Caroline has also provided practical tools for me to utilise and implement in my role and this value add extends far beyond the one-to-one coaching sessions.
She is diligent and measured in her guidance which is an invaluable trait in a professional coach. Caroline’s approachable and warm personality helps build a strong rapport making the session feel like a safe space to be open and honest about my own challenges.
I would have no doubt contacting Caroline in the future with any upcoming professional challenges. I would also feel very confident to recommend Caroline to friends and colleagues looking for a professional coach.
Thank you Caroline for a fantastic coaching experience!

Seeing someone recognise how much strength and capability they already have that is aligned to their future potential. And, in many instances, helping amazingly smart, experienced people identify and clarify their professional moonshot and achieve success.
I knew there was a better way. And NO is not an answer.
Because I have been mentoring and coaching for over 15 years - and have a passion about the future and transformation. Anyone who is in a professional space - wanting to be the best or to pivot to a new role or career has to (in my opinion) work with a mentor and coach who understands the future and has methodologies, techniques and a track record of helping leaders identify and achieve purposeful success.
Yes, I usually work via Teams and Zoom. However, I also have a secure and dedicated platform through which I carry out a lot of my work, mentoring and training change practitioners and leaders of the future all over the world.
I do not tend to work face to face in a physical environment. We have favoured digital mentoring since 2013 and the results speak for themselves - there is no difference in success or impact. For this reason, keeping customers safe is perhaps not hugely relevant.
