As a back story, I have 25 years’ experience working as a business manager, CFO and senior instructor in the fitness and martial arts industry. In the early years of my career, I never understood why so many people who wanted to change kept failing.
Over time, I realised there was a common denominator of the people who had success changing habits and their lives. They let go of their history and used a black belt level of intent and focus on incorporating crucial principles into their identity.
The most significant discovery was that when people applied the lessons of expertise to their lives, their lives they vastly improved. After all the fundamentals of high performance transcend craft. I decided I wanted to work with managers and leaders in a coaching space that could empower their potential.
Clients shouldn't choose me if they are not yet ready to install the mindsets and practices to get to their next level of performance. The work ahead of them is not easy if they truly want results. However, if they are ready, I will be in their corner relentlessly backing them up.
In return, I continually calibrate and hone my approach to get vivid clarity and compelling results for my clients. I also offer additional resources including timeless Zen wisdom for meaningful living and warrior ethos for resilience.
