I began my career as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS specialising in mental health and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Over a decade I developed my skills in CBT and a wide variety of therapeutic techniques. I am an excellent listener and seek to understand individuals, provide supportive challenge and work with them to achieve the change they want. Later in my career, I also worked in consultancy in both the Public and Private sectors.

I support business owners with sales process, sales management, lead generation and improved sales results. I mentor, coach and or train you to become better.

The FF Group is a small, family run group, packing a huge punch for consumers and businesses!
