Instead she rather gave me the tools to prune away the dead and useless thoughts that I had allowed to subvert my habits. Andy is a great listener which really helped as I came to him with a number of different issues which I needed addressing in a short space of time! He took the information from our initial session and understood straight away which areas were the priorities, and during our coaching sessions he was able to make me see things from new persepctives, as well as reminding of things I already knew but had got into the habit of ignoring. This has allowed me to see through the fog that was clouding my life vision and begin to work on making changes. In truth, four sessions doesn't do Andy's work justice, as we had to fit a lot into that time, but it has been enough to give me the kickstart I needed in fundamental areas of my life. I'm sure I will be using Andy again a little further down the line and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
