Working with Nicole has been truly life changing for me. When I started working with Nicole, I was going through a lot of changes in my personal life as I was going through a break up situation. I felt incredibly selfish and carried so much guilt. I felt like I was the most selfish person in the world for "wanting more" and breaking our family up. I didn't know if I had made the right decision, head and heart saying very different things and leaving me in a chaotic frame of mind. I wanted to find myself again, feel more confident, and have some colour in my life. I wanted to find my voice again which I had lost over the last few years and especially throughout the early days of motherhood. I was very concerned about sharing such personal problems with a complete stranger, but I think talking to someone completely removed from the situation was one of the biggest benefits. Nicole is incredibly kind and caring and managed to challenge me in the most gentle way possible and shift my thoughts. It has been truly wonderful to have Nicole by my side navigating this last year. I have taken away so many things from our sessions together. Nicole has made me realise that a watered down version of myself is not good for anyone. And that only if I'm being true to myself, I can live my life the way I want to live it. I have learned to listen to my body and my instincts again, so I know I can trust myself and my decisions. As a people pleaser, not putting myself last was incredibly hard for me. The sessions have helped me understand my worth and find my voice so I can stand up for myself, clearly articulate my wants and needs and also have boundaries in place to protect my inner peace. It's work in progress, of course, but the sessions are invaluable. Over the last few months people have definitely noticed a change in me and I've had so many comments about how much happier and lighter I seem, that I have a spark in my eye again.
