I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals who are suffering from many different areas of difficulty. Counselling can help with a variety of issues including: abuse, anger, anxiety, childhood difficulties, depression, eating disorders, family problems, grief, self esteem, stress and trauma. I offer 50 minute sessions at the Magnolia Therapy Centre in Nottingham. Counselling can be short or long term.
