I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals who are suffering from many different areas of difficulty. Counselling can help with a variety of issues including: abuse, anger, anxiety, childhood difficulties, depression, eating disorders, family problems, grief, self esteem, stress and trauma. I offer 50 minute sessions at the Magnolia Therapy Centre in Nottingham. Counselling can be short or long term.

Using a blend of Counselling approaches, Coaching and Hypnotherapy I have helped 100's of people successfully online and face to face with confidence building, stress reduction, bereavement, relationship and family issues, relieving anxiety, low self esteem, low mood/depression, unwanted habits, fears, phobias, panic, weight loss, stop smoking and issues associated with trauma in the past.

I am fully qualified and fully insured and offer a confidential non judgemental counselling service either at my premises in Nottingham or in the comfort of your home, or offices. I am totally confident that no matter what the problem together we can dramatically improve any situation or problem no matter how big or small.

Empathetic and non-judgemental psychotherapist. Fees for Single client £45 for assessment, then £50 for all subsequent sessions of 50 minutes. Couples Counselling £55 for assessment, then £60 for all subsequent sessions of 50 minutes. This is the same for remote or Face-to-Face clients.

I work online as a therapist and I am qualified in Humanistic Integrative Therapy. I work with a wide range of presenting problems and I have BACP registration. I work with individual clients and couples who are looking for support whilst they go through the counselling process. I am currently working in private practice online by video conferencing, email and phone or via text based therapy.
