Hello and thank you for taking the time to take a look at my profile today. I currently work as an associate mental health practitioner for the NHS, in a busy emergency department. Individuals usually present at a crisis point in their lives where they have nowhere else to turn. My way of thinking is, if I could help as many people as possible before they reach crisis it would reduce the distress on the individual and become better able to to work through issues with support.

I have ĺots of experience in counselling, I have studied aspects of mental heaĺth ànd training in psychology and some aspects of pschotherapy.
