I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years experience who can provide short term solution focused counselling and long term psychotherapy. I deal with stress, depression, phobias, anxiety, trauma or whatever issue you need the space to work through. My training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist means that I can help resolve deep issues usually stemming from childhood. My post graduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) means I can provide symptom relief in a relatively short time by addressing distorted thinking and maladaptive behavioural patterns.

I am experienced Counsellor since 1984, I have experienced mental health issues myself and overcome them with help from others, this gave me the motivation to help others and require the experience, knowledge and qualifications to be compassionate and understand others issue and their needs. I have great success , with many and my life's missions is to continue this in my life, there is a saying "if you enjoy your work, you never have to work another day in your life", That is me !
