We achieve this by providing a neutral space, listening to your concerns and customising a package of support. OUR CLIENT PROMISE We promise to be there for your every step of your journey.
Counselling for adults, couples and young people with a range of life issues. Working from my private, quite, warm room, I offer face to face, telephone and online counselling sessions. Over 20 years of experience working with a range of emotional wellbeing issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement and identity formation. Alongside personal counselling, I offer couples counselling offering an unbiased space to communicate openly and freely.
Seen a client cut free from the barriers that they feel hold them back. When a client says they are feeling in a better place, it's the best feeling!
To be able to offer individuals couples and parents of young people, quicker, more flexible therapy rather than sitting and waiting for 12-months on a waiting list. I couldn't work with the red tape of reports, assessments and outcomes anymore. Now it's just me and my client working through the stuff that really matters.
I'm down-to-earth, informal and will use whatever type of therapy that will work best for you. Maybe a more direct approach of certain tasks and goals works well, maybe talking things through without directions suits better. It may be that we use drawings, photos and creative tools to access deeper trauma. Please be assured that I'm trained and experienced to work in whichever way is we feel most comfortable in 😊
Yes, I can work via Zoom or telephone. This can be a very convenient way to access therapy without the worry of traffic and travelling.
Face-to-face sessions are available at all times.
We can mix-and-match if this works better for you.
We can socially distance in my room, hand sanitiser is available and deep cleaning takes place between each client.
Masks and now optional during face-to-face sessions.
