I went for my first session at the end of November 16 and I haven't looked back since, I can honestly say it's one of the best life choices I've made over the last 10 years. I'm feeling loads better in myself.
It's a friendly environment, no posers strutting about thinking they're gods gift, everyone's there to get fit, the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too.

Not only to disabled people who have limbs missing or are wheelchair bound, but also people like myself who are "disabled" by long term health problems. He encompasses us all and gets the best from each of us which makes us feel better about ourselves, both in our bodies and our minds.

Started classes with Julie last year, following a reoccurring injury. With the small classes you get individual attention, it may cost a little more, but the benefits are soon evident, exercises are geared towards the participants and not just a generic routine. My husband joined as well, and he has also felt the benefits in our joint activities of mountain biking, walking and skiing. Excellent space with other health professionals on site. All the help you need to start being and stay active.
