Pete made our wedding photography so natural and stress free. He had a lovely nature with our guests and was really great with the children. We were also really pleased with the high quality photos and his creative use of the surroundings. We recieved our photos very quickly too. We would highly recommend.

Hi, I'm Graham, a professional photographer specializing in food, portrait, and property interior photography. I have over 10 years of experience in the industry, and I'm passionate about capturing beautiful and creative images that tell a story. I'm a creative and detail-oriented photographer who loves to collaborate with my clients to create images that they love. I'm also a skilled and experienced photographer with a keen eye for composition and lighting.

Graham was warm, professional and authentic from start to finish; exactly what I was after. We had a discussion where I gave him a very loose idea of what I wanted, and he didn't pressure sell me at all. Then he found the perfect spot, took the perfect shots...and was happy to edit/crop afterwards too. The whole experience was completely stress-free and that includes the price, and as someone starting out in my business I can't say how huge these factors were. Heartily recommend.

My name is Martin, I started working for a National Weddings, Epping in 1990 taking photos and working in the lab processing and printing photos. I then worked for Gil Cox Photography, Bishops Stortford. I also worked at HMD Photographic, North London. My style of wedding photography is traditional and photojournalism which means I won’t be interfering with the flow of the day and I capture the wedding celebrations as it happens.

As a wedding, portrait and commercial photographer I take great pride in providing a very personal and attentive service to my customers. I'm often hired by couples that have already seen me work and have seen the end results and this gives them a great deal of confidence when asking me to be an important part of their big day.

Paul recently shot my wedding to Hannah, we were very comfortable with our choice of photographer before the day - but both Paul and Louise were exceptional when it came to the day of the wedding. They were both able to make us feel completely relaxed and managed to get some incredibly natural photos of both us and our guests (great work because neither of our mums really like having their photos taken). Really can't recommend Paul highly enough - just excellent.

My photographic images appear in national and international magazines, newspapers, books, on numerous websites and in many other publications. Commercial photography requires technical ability, a methodical approach and a good eye for composition. I work with natural ambient light and add extra flash lighting when and where needed. Photography is very much a subjective discipline so I am always aware that when people commission me, I am trying to translate their own ideas; so I will therefore listen carefully to my client's needs. Photography has been my full time passion and profession for 15 years now and I have an innate sense of how to convey atmosphere. We shop with our eyes and my photography aim is to get buyers interested in your products and services.
I love the creative process of creating images for my clients that showcase their products and services. We live in an age where people shop with their eyes. The first time they see a new phone, car, kitchen, bathroom, product or even a holiday resort is when they are most eager to buy and helping my clients to achieve such imagery is what I love best about my job.
I was working for one of the biggest photographic companies in Europe when I decided after six years that I wanted to start my own business so that I could better service my own customers. The first two years were incredibly difficult because I was no longer earning a fixed salary, but now, several years on, I could not be happier to be my own boss. Sure, the hours are long and "switching off" is nearly impossible, but it's not a problem when you absolutely love what you do and I LOVE IT.
I understand that there's a lot of photographers out there for people to choose from. Everyone of my clients took a risk when they picked a photographer from the bunch and everyone of them have been using me year after year since. I always ask clients to meet with me in person where possible so that they can get a better 'feel' for the kind of person that I am. They will immediately experience my passion for my career choice. Back that up with my technical and creative experience and the fact that I listen to my clients needs before creating imagery and you will not be disappointed with Wellman Photography Ltd.
We are proud to already include the following clients: Porsche, Ford, AVIS, FIFA, The England Cricket Team, Penguin Books, The NHS, Sotheby's, Carlton, The Miss Universe pageant, BBC television and ITV. These are obviously the well known brands, but we have many smaller companies and individuals using us as well because we work with all budget sizes. Call us today for an informal chat. We'd love to be of service.
Listening to your clients exact needs is very important. I always have a short Q&A with my clients before a shoot so I can create a clear idea of what they want as an end result. Ultimately my images need to promote their products and services and we do this using creative lighting, composition and artistic skill. We love showing the world how good our clients are through exceptional photography.
I would start by asking what audience you want to appeal to? Is it a regional project or an international one? Do we need to photograph various locations or one location? If it's products we always ask how many and if they can be photographed in the studio or on location?
