An extremely friendly gym thats not like other gyms in Nottingham. We have an older gym member with most of our members being over 35 years old and several over 70.

After having an operation I put on a lot of weight in recent years. I was nervous about going to a gym again, but Chris made me feel relaxed from the start, and everyone at Real World Fitness was very friendly.
I also was concerned about about my knee as previous attempts to exercise resulted in bad knee pain. I had assumed that it was just how it would be after my operation, but Chris created a program that has allowed me to train without any pain. Kids are welcome at the gym, and Chris would do some boxing with my son during my rest periods so he wasn't bored. He actually ended up being excited about going to the gym with me.
