I spent eleven years serving in a police Tactcal Support Team , before deciding to follow my passion and help people find a love for fitness and develop a healthy lifestyle. I compete in different fields; bodybuilding (women's Figure category), and fitness; (NGF 4th overall, Turf games, MetCon), and believe that anyone kind find a love for exercise once they find what they enjoy. I know how difficult it can be to stay consistent with a busy life, and enjoy helping people create sustainable, routine, life-long habits. I also offer online only coaching for people willing to stay accountable once a week, follow a programme and stay disciplined.
As a bodybuilder myself, I know how to train effectively, and adapt exercises to suit individual needs and goals; while hitting the perfect amount of stimulus for muscle growth, without effecting recovery. I like to educate my clients so that they feel competent to go it alone once they finish their sessions, and will never need a PT again. With ongoing support and motivation, I pride myself on building a really good relationship with all of my clients, and believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, with health meaning so much more than just achieving physique goals.
Consistency!! Once you once you turn a habit from a chore, into a routine, you find comfort and solace in the process and structure of being consistent. It’s about having the forethought to know how you will feel after doing it; and not worrying about the discomfort, not for any end goal; just a LOVE FOR THE PROCESS.

I left a very good, well-paid job because I found I had more passion for helping people in a more positive way. I love training hard, and love to see others succeed, so couldn't imagine doing anything other than helping people in my happiest place in the world; the gym environment!
I am new to the industry in a professional capacity so my pricing reflects this and I offer affordable coaching; but have been training for over eight years and always wrote my own programmes. I used to mix up methods, and would focus on power building and hypertrophy; however, I then enjoyed crossfit style training and conditioning and have competed at national levels; taking 4th overall at the National Fitness Games, and regularly compete at the Turf games. I am currently in a build phase for my bodybuilding goals so have cut back on the metcon style training now and focusing on growth, but I believe that any exercise, and movement, is better than nothing and once someone finds what they enjoy, they've cracked it. I have walked the walk when it comes to building muscle, losing fat and training for endurance and performance. I understand the importance of macro nutrient timing and how to effectively fuel a workout based on goals at the time.
