A persons diet plays an integral part in their health and wellbeing. It can be seen that the majority of health issues can be linked back to a persons diet, therefore, having a healthy diet and leading a healthy lifestyle is important to ones health and wellbeing. But it is also all about balance. What may work for someone else is not guaranteed to work the same for someone else; this is why its important to find your own healthy lifestyle.

I noticed the long wait times it took to get seen by doctors or practitioners on the NHS - months or even years sometimes. I hope to help people resolve their issues quicker, but still in a safe and supported environment. This helps take the work load off of the NHS while also helping those in need get better sooner.

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals and becoming your best self. Through the use of 1:1 coaching sessions, this gives you my undivided time where I can listen to you, discuss your goals, and help you move forward. I currently work over zoom, making me accessible to people all over the UK. I work during evening hours which gives those who cannot make day time appointments the opportunity to still have sessions. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to discuss your goals, our expectations, and how my sessions will go.
Sessions will be held over zoom, Mon-Fri 6pm-8pm.
Sessions will be 50 minutes long in duration (e.g. 6pm-6:50pm / 7pm-7:50pm)
Invoices will be sent via Stripe. I expect payment within 24 hours of the sessions ending.
All sessions are currently being held over zoom so this complies with Covid-19 policies.
