I provide personalised plans of food and lifestyle recommendations that support you on your journey to wellness. To start with, I offer a free, no obligation, 15 minute phone call to find out a little more about you and your needs, and to also introduce myself and my process. If we decide we can work together I will then organise an initial 1-to-1 consultation with you. The health areas I am able to support you with include: digestion complaints, inflammation, immune related issues, hormone fluctuations, weight management, skin problems, musculoskeletal issues, fertility and more. During our 1-to1 consultation, I look into your current health status and seek to gain a full understanding of you as an individual. I delve into your health and medical history, current diet and lifestyle, and find out how each of your interconnected body systems are working through tailored and considerate questioning. With this information gathered along with the latest evidence based research, I am then able to provide you with a personalised plan of recommendations that help put you on the path to improved health and wellbeing. I am a member of British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the independent UK regulator for complementary healthcare professionals. I received my qualification in Nutritional Therapy from the London and Brighton College of Naturopathic Medicine, after 3 years of studies and 210 hours of clinical training. I have also completed additional post-graduation training, recognised by BANT, to support clients with Nutrigenomics/Genetics. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

A healthy diet is very important for optimal health and wellbeing. Gut health is intrinsically linked to all the other systems in the body. The food we eat is information for our body and the cells inside us. We need to provide those cells with nutrients so they can work optimally - this then creates vitality, making you feel more energised and strong.

What do you love most about your job?

I really love seeing clients in their follow up consultations and how happy they are following the changes they've made to their food and lifestyle. I also love passing on the knowledge I have gained about the body's processes and what the body needs to thrive, because I know it really helps people make those positive changes.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am passionate about food and the human body and fascinated at how food can be so powerful when it comes to health and ill-health. I also love helping people, especially when the support I provide makes people feel better in themselves and more in control.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have not only reached my own health goals, but I have helped others in all different health areas such as improved digestion, increasing energy, finding a healthy weight, hormone balancing, fertility (pre, during and post natal care), osteoarthritis, inflammation and more. I believe I can help support many health areas and concerns following the knowledge I have gained in studying nutrition at CNM and nutrigenomics/genetics with Nordic Labs. It is worth noting that the recommendations I provide will never replace medical advice, I am here to support only, and can support alongside many medical conditions.

Yes, I can provide one-to-one consultations both online or in person. I use Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp or Google hangouts for online.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I provide online consultations, and when in person I make sure I'm sat at a comfortable distance for my client and will wear a mask if preferred.
