With over 25 years experience we can supply a professional sound and light show for any event including more than 30 battery powered lights! Our minimum fee is £375 for up to 4 hours of entertainment within a 15 mile radius. WE DO NOT OFFER KARAOKE Here at 'Celebrate In Style' we are constantly upgrading our equipment to make sure that we are always able to supply the best possible solution for your event or special occasion. We have chosen to move away from the traditional 'starcloth' style DJ booth setup which is adopted by many DJ's and have instead invested in a large amount of high quality battery powered LED lighting. These lights can be placed anywhere in a room for a more 'immersive' experience. We also have two different booth options for you to choose from, either our modern 'podium' style booth or our 'rustic' wooden booth specially for weddings For smaller rooms, pub lounges and private residencies we can provide a service using a modern battery powered Denon DJ controller (that doesn't require a laptop) This means that we are able to provide a very compact setup which can literally fit into the corner of any room and leave much more room for dancing! For outdoor events including those in marquees, tipi's we have purchased portable power packs for each of our speakers and our DJ controller which means we are now a 'fully mobile' DJ service and not reliant on any sort of generator or the need to run a 100ft plus extension lead. We can now set up our equipment literally anywhere (under suitable cover), in a garden, in a field, on a beach or even on the top of a mountain! Included for free with every booking we are able to offer each of our customers their very own private online song request page which they can use to make sure their favourite tunes are played at their event. You can choose to keep this link to yourselves or share it with friends and family. As an example the link below is a 'request portal' that was used by Joe and his friends to let us know about some 'special' songs they wanted playing at his 50th birthday party https://tinyurl.com/4k9t5rcw Also please note that to avoid causing any offense and unless specifically requested otherwise all the versions of songs we play will be 'expletive' free and contain no inappropriate words or swearing. This could be important if you or your guests do not appreciate this style of music or if young teenagers or children may be present at your event. Our interactive DJ likes to try and have a bit of 'banter' with a crowd to help get them involved with the party but only when and where this is appropriate, so please be assured he won't be one of those DJ's that either never says a word all night or alternatively insists on talking between every song. If you are at all curious to hear how he sounds then below is a link to some shows he did on Mixcloud for KFFFM Radio during 'lockdown' to help raise money for the NHS where in this instance because it's a radio show he does actually talk quite a lot.... LOL https://www.mixcloud.com/yourdjgaz/ As part of our commitment to providing a 'professional' DJ service we are proud to be subscribing members of the UK Mobile DJ Network and as such carry full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for £10,000,000 (£10m) should anything unfortunate happen at your event. All of our system is tested each year and we always carry 'back up' equipment in case any part of our primary system 'fails' for any reason. We are a subscribing member of both the National Association of DJ's (NADJ) and also the Mobile DJ Network (MDJN) As stated earlier our minimum fee is £375 this includes up to four hours of entertainment. To secure any date in our diary for your event we will require a booking fee of £50 to be paid via a BACS transfer. We will then send you a booking form for you to complete and return. Once this process has been completed you will then receive an email confirming that your event has been added to our calendar. The balance of the fee is then due 28 days before the event or alternatively we will require payment in full if the event is within this date. If you would like to contact us regarding an event you are planning please be assured we aim to respond very quickly to any enquiries and usually within around 60 minutes during normal working hours. Alongside our 'Celebrate In Style' DJ business we are also able to provide a Quiz Night service with our 'Leicester Quiz Nights' service or even combine both. The quiz side of our business utilizes the latest technology to allow participants to answer questions on a tablet just by touching the screens can of course be booked seperately from our DJ services but we were asked at some events to combine both. At a number of weddings we have added a short family friendly general knowledge quiz to fill that 'quiet time' that often happens after the meal and speeches are finished and before the main evening party. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?

We are very aware that no two events are ever the same and so each one will be treated individually. Every client is offered the use of their own private online song request ‘portal’ to help them choose the music for their event. This way you can make sure that all your favourite songs get played at your event!

How would you describe your ‘style’?

I have well over 25 years experience as a club, pub, party and wedding DJ and have entertained at parties for everyone from 9 to 90 and so I am fully able to provide the right soundtrack to your event whatever the occasion.

What do you love most about your job?

I am most happy when the crowd in front of me are enjoying themselves by singing and dancing along to thier favourite songs

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always been interested in music from an early age, my parents always had lots of house parties and by the time I was in my early teens I was put in charge of the HiFi to play the music at these parties.

Why should our clients choose you?

I want people to know that they can trust me to look after the musical entertainment at their events and not have to worry about anthing. Just give me some of your favourite artists/bands and maybe 10-15 of your favourite songs and I'll do the rest :)
