I am Dr Oby, a Psychotherapist, medical doctor and counselling supervisor. I currently work in both NHS and my private practice in Firmfoundation Counselling Centre located in Romford, Essex. I have over sixteen years of working experience in complex mental health cases. I also have experience in relationship counselling where I have helped many couples resolve their relationship problems.

I am an experienced counsellor offering counselling to couples and individuals in Harold Wood, Essex. I specialise in relationship issues, but also work with depression, low mood, anxiety, bereavement. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work using a variety of techniques - primarily psychodynamic and systemic approaches - but am flexible in order to meet client needs.
