I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.

I live with metastatic cancer and was looking for an exercise program to maintain and improve my overall health. Working with Ashley has been terrific as she cheerfully accommodates my unwillingness to go to the floor. I am stronger and more confident in my body because of her assistance. I've been working out with Ash for two years...and I love it! Two years ago, as a total work out newbie, Ash was not only patient with me, but an excellent teacher. She introduced weight lifting and physical training to me in ways that felt fun and engaging; she has never made me feel bad for being out of shape. The best part of working out with Ash is that I look forward to it. Two years later, I'm still working out with Ash, and I feel fit and strong in ways that are energizing and renewing-a much needed respite after long hours in front of people or in front of the computer!
