Mitch provided a successful six-month training course that helped me recover fully from prostate surgery. I started with him about six weeks after the surgery. He kept records of my performance and goals from the first day I joined right till the end. I had to move out of the state for my job, but kept working out with him right till the end. If I hadn't moved, I would have continued for sure. Overall the gym had a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I made some really good friends here.
