My sister was over from Australia and does hot yoga there regularly. We found Hot Yoga Coventry and came twice whilst she was visiting. Now she’s gone back I’ve continued to go on a Saturday morning. This was my 3rd time and I love it. I can’t quite do the stretches to the full pose but I’m getting better each time. John is vibrant and the session flows brilliantly. I thought the heat would be an issue but once my mindset was in the right place it was so much better than I imagined. This is now my new Saturday morning activity. I love the buzz I feel after. Have attended 3classes up to now, didn’t think yoga would be my thing but I really enjoy the sessions, it’s relaxed and informative and the tutor certainly knows her stuff, the actual studio is light, clean and airy and I certainly know I’ve done it the next day! Unfortunately I cannot go today as I have to wait in for a radiator ! will be there next week.
