In flow yoga we synchronize the breath with the movement to create a complete mind/body experience, moving into and out of our poses in time with our inhalations and exhalations. Classes are themed, focusing on one peak (or key) pose for four weeks to enable students to develop their alignment, strength and most importantly confidence! However you can join the class at any time, you need not wait for the next four week block to begin.

We offer wellness therapy, consulatation and various kinds of massage (therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, Ayurvedic and herbal pouch massage). Also offer rehabilitation massage therapy for long term illness like stroke, M.S, M.E. Parkinsons diseases, Rh. artiritis, and post injury muscle tonning. We provide yoga therapy (Relaxation, Art of breathing, etc. ) along with stress management techniques.
I specialise planning yoga classes for beginners and ABSOLUTE beginners either in a group, private or corporate setting. The classes are interactive and are full of opportunities to learn. Although it sounds like my classes are just about physical poses, I also introduce meditation and relaxation techniques, and particularly like to make time for Pranayama and breathing exercises.

I started Hatha beginners yoga with Dorina in January 2020 this year and honestly i cant say enough good things about this amazing lady . I was new to yoga and felt really anxious and low in confidence but Dorina has helped me grow that confidence and has taught me so much . shes the most kindest , patient , encouraging yoga teacher with so much amazing yoga ability and a variety of different classes to help you feel grounded and balanced including different yoga styles like Yin Yoga . Because of Dorina i believe in myself so much more and my ability to do yoga in my own way. i am proud to say i am a yogi and a proud student of dorinas . if you decide to join this lady and start your own yoga journey you wont be dissapointed i promise you that xx

As newcomers to Ashtanga Yoga, we decided to attend one of Robin's Saturday classes. Our initial impression was very good - the class size was small (about 8 people) and despite being 'newcomers', Robin was clearly aware of us being 'left behind' and made allowances to ensure maximum participation. During our very first lesson, Robin's depth of knowledge and in areas over and above Ashtanga Yoga was clearly evident and he took time to understand any physical limitations we had (either through injury or just poor conditioning) and was able to provide simple, easy modifications in order to work around any problem areas.
4 months on we are practising Ashtanga Yoga 3-4 times per week (and would do more if we could) with Robin and have significantly benefitted from his mentoring. His real skill is in instinctively knowing the level you're at with your practice and offering anything from in-depth explanations on certain postures to simple adjustments that enable you to continue improving.
His knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga aside, Robin is also a very warm, funny and caring person. The number of long-term students he has is as much a testament to how enjoyable it is to spend time with him at his classes as to his abilities as a teacher.
Having said that, I believe that Pinder (Robin's cat) is the one with all the Yogic Powers...

My sister was over from Australia and does hot yoga there regularly. We found Hot Yoga Coventry and came twice whilst she was visiting. Now she’s gone back I’ve continued to go on a Saturday morning. This was my 3rd time and I love it. I can’t quite do the stretches to the full pose but I’m getting better each time. John is vibrant and the session flows brilliantly. I thought the heat would be an issue but once my mindset was in the right place it was so much better than I imagined. This is now my new Saturday morning activity. I love the buzz I feel after. Thank you.

I have been going 2 years now and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Adrian has been an amazing supportive instructor who’s always working hard to make the classes the best they can be and available to people of all abilities. It’s become an essential part of my weekly routine and I can’t imagine my life without it! Thank you so much Adrian
Yoga has a phenomenal capacity to empower ourselves, engage our bodies and remember our connection to the world. Yoga offers us multi-dimensional approach to detox the body and to clarify the mind.... and thus channelize our prana to fulfil our spiritual aspirations. My intention is to engage with people of all abilities and make yoga accessible and interesting. Yoga is for everybody and is a pathway for growth and expansion in ourselves, so we can be confident and conditioned to be fully present in our lives.

Have attended 3classes up to now, didn’t think yoga would be my thing but I really enjoy the sessions, it’s relaxed and informative and the tutor certainly knows her stuff, the actual studio is light, clean and airy and I certainly know I’ve done it the next day! Unfortunately I cannot go today as I have to wait in for a radiator ! will be there next week.
