Thalbir has been on a quest of self-discovery ever since she can remember and has been practising Yoga for over twelve years. Thalbir enjoys sharing the never-ending art of connecting breath with movement and harmonising the mind with body and spirit. Inspired by the uplifting and healing impact Thalbir herself has experienced from stress related illness she decided to develop her practice by undertaking the Yogacampus (London 2012-14) Teacher Training Diploma and has been teaching for over 6 years now.
Hi, I'm Charley, a yoga teacher living and working in Liverpool UK. I've been practicing yoga since I was in my early teens, when me and my brother would watch an Ashtanga yoga DVD together in our parent's living room, and 'have a go' at the sequences (which usually ended in a lot of laughing and falling over!) I discovered Vinyasa yoga in my early 20s and moved towards a more functional, embodied practice in 2017 when I met some inspirational teachers.
