My favorite (and perhaps the toughest) style was when he used to ask us to hold each posture of "Surya Namaskar" was 1 minute. And he would make it sound so simple.
He taught us how breathing right was most important in yoga. Towards the end of every class he would spend 2-3 minutes explaining us the importance of certain postures & how they would resolve health issues. We really miss him in Dubai. He not only helped me in losing weight, but also helped me in gaining overall confidence, dive into my inner self & see more to life in a spiritual way.

Larissa is a fantastic instructor who is very passionate about yoga . Her classes are always fun, relaxing and inspiring . She is very patient and pays attention to your individual needs . She is very good with her Hatha flow classes and is very articulate in her instructions . She will not rush you and is patient in explaining the steps clearly . Larissa creates a warm and positive environment during her yoga classes and I would say she is great instructor and I really enjoy her classes .
In addition to the yoga classes she has also performed Reki on me on days when my energy has been low . Larissa seems to be a very kind and caring instructor and will help you through your journey of yoga in multiple ways possible .

Since I was a child, I've always been particularly fascinated by the bigger questions of life and after completing a Master's Degree in Comparative Culture, this lifelong reseach led me to work as an educator and educative team manager in a variety of schools. My first relationship with yoga was in my city, Torino (Italy), where I started practicing Kashmir Yoga, which mainly focus on the energy body and nondual meditation. During this period of teaching, I developed a particular interest in meditation and mindfulness as powerful tools to use within schools and I started researching and experimenting with alternative educative methods related to a conscious and holistic approach to life. I have been part of a philosophy research group for five years, focussing on the interactions between western and oriental philophy and five years ago I began traveling all over the world to discover more about different philosophies and spiritual paths. In the meantime I started practicing Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga till the point I decided to get certified as a Multistyle Yoga teacher, completing my yoga teacher training certification with Fusion Yoga, a Registered Yoga School (RYS), located in Rishikesh, India. I've also got certified as Pre-natal, Post-natal and Mom&Baby Yoga with Arantha yoga Ashrams. I do provide online yoga and meditation classes, sessions and workshop, both one-to-one and for groups. I also provide online holistic mentoring sessions.
This way my customers can have a class from the comfort of their own home, saving the time to move elsewhere. The quality of the class is still high because I spend time not only showing and verbally explaining yoga asanas or mindfulness techniques but I can also observe (and correct) my students looking at the video.
The interection between me and my students is another a key point so I always take the time to listen and speak with them at the beginning and at the end of the class. I also provide recorded videos and written articles to deepen the knowledge of what we have done together during the class.
I always wear a mask while traveling to my clients or studio.
I often sanitize my hands and equipment and reminds my students to do so before entering a class and at the end of it.
I'm mindful about distances between students (at least 1.5m)
