Thankyou Matt for a top class DJ set at our party! From start to finish the tunes were spot on! The collaboration with the sax player was amazing! Cannot reccomend AB Entertainment Events enough!

We celebrated our wedding here with 100 guests in August 2017 and throughout the planning process and the big day itself we couldn't have been more impressed with the venue and the team. We made all the arrangements from abroad, with only a couple of short visits—one when we decided to book, and another just a week beforehand to work out last minute details. Not being nearby could have made the planning really difficult, but thanks to the team the organisation went smoothly and the big day itself was fantastic. Abi was a real star and helped us out with suggestions and gentle reminders at every stage. She was responsive and reassuring and everything else that you need from a wedding planner/coordinator! Jamie was also super helpful, and on the day he really went the extra mile to make sure our guests were entertained. Both were always easy to reach and happy to help. We'd highly recommend The Arches: the perfect combination of fantastic, unique venue, and a highly capable, attentive and efficient team.

Even with a busy wedding going on, staff were excellent and the young man running the bar represented the very best in customer service.

Absolutely lovely place, with lovely staff, served by Jack and Emma who were particularly helpful, would strongly recommend.

Excellent service, comfortable room. Main meal want amazing but as part of Groupon deal still excellent value. Breakfast included was a bonus lots of choices

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here on the 30th June 2018. The staff were fantastic, everything went very smoothly thanks to them. A very relaxing space to be in with lovely grounds for photographs. The rooms are spotless and breakfast was delicious.

Arrived to our 5 star hotel To be met with a champagne reception and be told that we had been upgraded to private villas with our own hot tubs , courtesy of an email from world class escapes requesting it for their VIP guests! And it only got better from there Service , food and drink exceptional Cannot wait for the next one! Thanks to all involved !
