We celebrated our wedding here with 100 guests in August 2017 and throughout the planning process and the big day itself we couldn't have been more impressed with the venue and the team.
We made all the arrangements from abroad, with only a couple of short visits—one when we decided to book, and another just a week beforehand to work out last minute details. Not being nearby could have made the planning really difficult, but thanks to the team the organisation went smoothly and the big day itself was fantastic.
Abi was a real star and helped us out with suggestions and gentle reminders at every stage. She was responsive and reassuring and everything else that you need from a wedding planner/coordinator! Jamie was also super helpful, and on the day he really went the extra mile to make sure our guests were entertained. Both were always easy to reach and happy to help.
We'd highly recommend The Arches: the perfect combination of fantastic, unique venue, and a highly capable, attentive and efficient team.
