Staff are helpful and friendly, and able to deal with my chronic health conditions with the grace that is so often lacking in hotels. When it was explained that my cfs causes me to overheat easily (and that the room we were in was a sun box) they upgraded us and brought in a fan, locating us in a shady room with a beautiful view. My gluten intolerance has been handled perfectly, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to stay that you can trust to stay on the ball. For you coffee snobs, yes they make a lovely coffee too
