Our afternoon tea treat for mothers day was absolutely gorgeous 💕 Lovely fresh ingredients, great selection and presented beautifully. Couldn't fault it and would definitely order again.

If you feel like relaxing, being looked after and doing somw country walking, this is the place for you. the rooms are cosy, staff are very friendly and you can walk all day in the surrounding country side. At the end of the day settle for a great meal.

Tom and I held our wedding ceremony and reception here on Saturday 31st March 2018 and were not disappointed! We had our ceremony in the Bowden Suite and wedding breakfast and evening disco in the Ballroom. From the very start where we first met with Michelle the wedding and events manager enquiring about wedding packages and availability Van Dyk couldn't have been more attentive! This continued throughout our future meetings and visits to the open evenings and wedding fares Van Dyk offer to the public. Michelle and her team were organised, friendly, helpful and the attention to detail was impeccable. It really shows how much the team love what they do! We saw Michelle as our friend and enjoyed getting to know her. The day ran smoothly and on time, nothing was rushed. The team serving food and drink were friendly and professional, the room was decorated to perfection and the food was simply delicious. Our guests commented on the quality of the food to us!! We could not fault anything about the day! The well kept grounds provided lovely areas for photographs, even though the weather was not so much on our side but did brighten up in the early afternoon! We also had some lovely photographs captured within the hotel too. We stayed the night in the honeymoon suite which was well kept and luxurious, our parents and close family members stayed at the hotel too and said that the rooms were lovely as too was the breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous wedding venue. Michelle and her team created a stress free, very special day for us with memories we will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you Hotel Van Dyk for making our special day perfect! We shall be back soon!

Large rooms with very comfortable bed. The spa was a lovely addition. The breakfast was the usual but the veggie sausages were very good. Great location.

Created a spectacular cake for my partners birthday. Looked amazing, tasted even better. Can’t fault it in any way! Would definitely recommend, and would order from here again without hesitation. Thank you so much!
