Booked our annual Christmas pals lunch here this year and I’ve got to say we ALL loved it. The food was exceptional and very generous portions. Loved the new decor and has a cosy Christmas atmosphere. Amazing service! Thank you Laura!

Great experience all around! Staff were welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere, very clean. Went the extra mile by leaving a little card and some goodies in the room for my boyfriends birthday. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will stay again.

I got married here yesterday and needed to review this amazing place so that others can have the experience we did. From booking the wedding until yesterday they were consistently in touch to discuss options and ideas and were so welcoming every time we visited Giving ideas of other weddings. The fairy lights in the conservatory and the new wooden building in the garden are a perfect addition to a stunning venue. A special thank you to William who went above and beyond helping with the missing cake and little touches you made our day perfect. Thank you so much �

Good close to downtown town good rooms

Excellent hotel clean, well fitted out, excellent staffing food very good. Situation very good. No real complaints except the windows in our room could have been cleaned on the outside and also the outside window sill. Best wishes to the manger and the staff for their pleasant and friendliness attitude.

The staff are what make this place they're really first class. Location and ambience are quite unusual and always pleasant. If you haven't been before check it out it's well worth the trip.

Went to a wedding here it was a great venue. lovely sparkle dance floor. great shiraz red wine at the bar which sold lots of other drinks too.and a nice cosy atmosphere.the bar attendants were very helpful too . Oh and loved the decor in the toilets classy.

Beautiful room, very well appointed. Soya milk brought up so we could have in-room tea and coffee. Only left off star because bin in bathroom was full when we arrived, and took a few hours for someone to come up and empty. Also, in room fridge didn't work and no option to fix until next morning. Staff were totally apologetic, helpful as could be and lovely, I would not fault them in any way. Staff get 10 stars!

Just returned from a great weekend at the hotel. The staff, food and entertainment were all very good. Our coach driver Alan from David Urquart was really nice and entertaining. We will recomend this weekend package to our friends. We met many people and they were all very friendly.The sea view room was good and very clean and comfortable.

Just had a lovely meal the place has been all refurbished it’s lovely and the food was amazing highly recommend and will defo be back staff were lovely and very welcoming

Had my boys 3rd birthday party at st Mary’s in the almond hall. The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Hall was an amazing Couldn’t be anymore happier with the venue will be having more party’s here in the future🥳 Would highly recommend. Thanks again

We used High Brownmuir Farm for our son's wedding venue. Rashid, the owner, always replied to our queries promptly and was always willing to accommodate our requests. He was available on the day, assisting with the parking and set up. The house is well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The marquee provided a rustic but luxurious wedding venue which was absolutely stunning with the lightning and stage. Thank you very much for making our son and daughter-in-law's day so special.

Splendid place with ultra friendly and helpful staff

Went for afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my mum. We had the festive menu, although I would have preferred the regular one, the food was still tasty and a bit different. I am not a gin fan, but the cocktail they made to accompany the afternoon tea was by far the best cocktail I have ever had! The cute teapot presentation made the experience more of a fun novelty, loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although I felt they could have done with another member of staff on duty as service was a bit slow to begin with due to people popping in for a lunchtime drink, this wouldn't deter me from returning to the Malmaison again as it could have been a one off. I would recommend the afternoon tea as a nice wee treat to yourself to anyone.

I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at number 10. I must say a special thank you to Aimee on reception, she was very welcoming and so efficient, she really made our stay. Also to Jonathon in the bar, thank you for being so helpful. That's no detriment to the rest of the staff who were all obliging and friendly. Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the ambience was just lovely. Thank you very much for making our stay in Glasgow so enjoyable, we really appreciated your attention to detail.
