Hotel very basic, rooms very old and tired, no air con, food 3* quality. Management team make the ambience 10/10. We was greeted by a lovely young man at reception who was very professional, quite quirky. Really made us feel welcome, he offered to help with luggage and gave us full information as to what time breakfast was to what time food was served until. We had a few issues with the room, smelt damp and very very hot, we was upgraded instantly and the managers were very apologetic. We went through to the bar to order food. Charlotte was great, very professional and efficient, really took the time to get to know us, service was 10/10. The staff were busy and had quite a few people to serve and Charlotte made sure staff were equally spread out serving everyone. Thank you to her for making our experience a remembered one.
