Attended a beautiful wedding on Friday 8th June, the venue, food and service were amazing! I would like to say a special thank you to Charlotte the wedding coordinator, I was asked by the bride to make sure everything was being set up exactly how she wanted it on the day of her wedding and Charlotte was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this venue for weddings. The only small complaint I would have is we had two children with us and there aren’t any family rooms for two adults and two children, we had to bring a blow up bed with us.

I would like to thank Michael and the whole team for making our Silver Wedding celebration so perfect. Everything was exactly as we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. We had about 20 rooms booked in the hotel, and everyone had a great time. Also, many thanks to the team at breakfast on Sunday, who did amazingly & I apologise for thinking that everyone coming to breakfast at the same time was a good idea.

Thank you so much to Umesh and his lovely group of people at The Willow Room for making our twin Daughters’ 18th birthday party so amazing! We could not find one fault everything was perfect from the greeting of our guests on the lawn to the final dance! We were totally looked after by Umesh who took control of the evening with finesse and from a worrying mother that likes to be in control it was so lovely to have someone else do it all for me! The hotel location and Hotel staff service was excellent, very helpful and friendly, most important it is located in place handy for Motorway M11 to London,Stansted Airport, or and Epping forestThe only think that need improving is the road sign it is not visible from the main road other wise it is excellent place to stay for business, and site seeing

Birthday treat for my partner. They gave us free upgrade to executive room with fantastic views over the countryside. Not a car park in sight. The whole package was great. Plenty of choices on the menu. All cooked to perfection. Full breakfast everything you could ask for. The staff very friendly and helpful and efficient. Looking forward to our next visit in the future.
