What a great venue , it has everything beautiful surroundings with parking. We had our Christmas party here.. It was decorated which gave a lovely festive feel. The food was delicious we had the buffet. The entertainment couldn't be beaten. Live music from the chandeliers and the Manor barn staff were fantastic and very friendly. Thank you for a great night.

A special 'girls lunch' for a gossip and catch-up. Couldn't have been a better choice of venue. Warm welcome, efficient and relaxed bar before an excellent meal. Good choice of prices - had intended to have the £10 special lunch but ended up 'pushing the boat out' with duck terrine, calves liver and lemon tart - all delicious and much appreciated. Wine reasonably priced. Overall a very happy experience - we have every intention of returning. Thank you to all the staff.

Ritchie and his team at DeNovo were instrumental in organising our wedding day last year. They really listened to what we wanted, provided excellent guidance and secured all the elements of the day at a very reasonable price. Ritchie’s knowledge and experience really shows and I was so grateful to have him overseeing everything. Not only does he know what he’s talking about, he’s really personable too - and he alleviated a lot of my nerves come the big day!

Having tried Beata's chocolate salted caramel cake, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! It was possibly one of the most delicious things I have ever had the pleasure of eating. As a cake maker, she ROCKS

Fantastic hotel, staff are a credit to the company. Food is great, bedroom spacious, great for the family. Can't wait to visit again.

I have been seeing Chris at Starloft music studios for the last 2 years (main focuses being Drums & Guitar) and must say my musical knowledge has come a long way thanks to Chris, but more importantly felt a huge boost in confidence. Thank you Chris

A beautiful venue in Hastings town centre

Stunning house, beautiful grounds. Customer service is a little below average which is really unfortunate as this place could be amazing. Staff are friendly enough but their efficiency and training lacks hugely. Often big unnecessary queues due to slow staff. However, DO NOT let that put you off, still worth going for the great setting etc.

What a wonderful place. We had a 50th Wedding Anniversary Party for 100 people in the Ashdown Suite 2 weeks ago. It was a fantastic evening. Fabulous food, wonderful service. Darren was so helpful with the planning & organizing prior to the event & on the day Darren & Natalie made sure everything was exactly as we.wanted. Every thing we asked for was never a problem. Our guests had a choice of 4 or 5 dishes on each course all served as requested. Thank to Darren, Natalie & all the staff who made it such a wonderful time.

Played golf on the West Course. All the staff where very professional and very welcoming, the food was very good (breakfast). The course was in good condition especially after the very hot dry spell. Have stayed in the hotel and have just booked to stay for a weekend soon. The facilities are first class and very well run.

Great service, rooms and breakfast. Attended for a corporate 2 day event which worked really well; plenty of large rooms with good seating and tables, and great food to keep us all going. Lovely location too. 10 minute walk (downhill) from the station, or get one of the many taxis available. There's also a small gym with treadmills, free weights up to and beyond 20kg, as well as a good multi gym and bench. Would recommend and go again!

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Room takes a while to warm up. Breakfast brilliant. Sad that staff automatically put straws into drinks, sometimes double, without asking. Would be nice to see it offered as many we need to reduce plastic waste.

Clean and well appointed room. Nice food and reception space. Good service, good WiFi.

Staff: - The staff were very nice and courteous, they were more than happy to help with any issues we had and always had a smile on their faces. Room: - The room we booked was a superior double room and with the email conformation they sent, they attached a few images of the room so we knew what we were in for which was nice, the room itself was lovely and clean, a good air conditioning unit and a table with complimentary sherry and gin, and a very nice sea view. Utilities: - we used the spa facilities which were very nice, the pool was clean and spacious along with the hydrotherapy pool and togetherness pools which provided a very relaxed feel to it Restaurant: - we used the restaurant for breakfast this morning which was all complimentary and was all cooked perfectly, no complaints. 10/10 would recommend!! :)
