Absolutely amazing - The Orangery Suite is just perfect, we were lucky enough to have our dream wedding here and we couldn't have wished for a better venue. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was and the games that were available! Graham was fantastic as well, he was so unbelievably helpful throughout the whole planning process and ensured that our day ran smoothly - everything was perfect and we are so grateful we were able to get married at this incredible venue.

My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. What a beautiful place to be.

Just got back from a lovely weekend away with my wife. Excellent time once again. Cant wait to go back. Thank you for a brilliant time.

This hotel is a comfortable hotel in a great spot The bathroom was very small and we were in the superior room Very creeky floors all over the hotel upstairs Comfortable big bed and great breakfast though Had to pay £10 for parking the car and when we went out and came back there were no spaces left and they said that it's first come first serve so had to park in disabled bay but was told that if any blue badges come in I would have to move even tho I played £10 thought that was wrong if you pay for space it should be yours until you leave When we checked out we wernt even asked how are stay was they just said room number and then said yes that's it very rude I thought

Friend booked this place for a stag and it's spot on... Rooms are good, service is great and friendly always willing to help and give advice on local life and is only a 2min cab from the main centre! Only draw back was the size of the breakfast, but still a great place to stay in the area

After reading a few of the reviews left this month I was abit worried we wouldn’t enjoy our stay. BUT i can say after a lovely weekend staying at west cliff we have left feeling completely refreshed. The Spa facilities were clean quiet and relaxing. They are smaller than offer spa hotels but perfectly adequate for size of the hotel! Add bonus of the lovely outside area so we could enjoy this summers heat wave. We both enjoy a massage included in our booking! We had breakfast Lunch and dinner at the hotel and we were really impressed with quality of all meals! Over all great stay please don’t be put off by the odd people who obviously love to complain!!
