Amazing people, very nice place, feels like home not like a hotel. Very enjoyed, definitelly would come back

We booked for 5 people the family room without breakfast. Clean, new refurbished new mattresses, large TV, sea view from the side - these made the stay very comfortable. The restaurant and bar looked nice and stylish with silk wallpaper.

Absolutely amazing - The Orangery Suite is just perfect, we were lucky enough to have our dream wedding here and we couldn't have wished for a better venue. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was and the games that were available! Graham was fantastic as well, he was so unbelievably helpful throughout the whole planning process and ensured that our day ran smoothly - everything was perfect and we are so grateful we were able to get married at this incredible venue.

Great place, clean freash and good food on the beach.

My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. What a beautiful place to be.

Beautiful Guest House 5 mins walk from beach. Pat & Dave make you feel so welcome. Rooms are lovely and clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend whether for few days, week or longer �

We are about to check out having spent the most perfect 3 days. We couldn’t have wanted or wished for a better place to start our married life. The hotel is a gem and you don’t need a special occasion to come and stay it. We will be back!!! A special thank you to Simon and Gary who own the hotel and to all of the staff for making this such a wonderful experience. As you can see we really can’t recommend this hotel enough.

An absolute hidden gem, how on earth did it take us so long to discover it? We had a Sunday carvery there - definitely recommended, but booking advisable!

Nice bar for some cocktails particularly the happy hour where it is two for £10 with a large amount of choice. It can be hard to find a seat. But the cocktails are worth it.

Level8skybar in the Hilton bournemouth is brilliant, the seating was very comfy, the room light and airy and very very clean. we were served High Tea by a very nice younge lady, the tea consisted of 3 sandwiches each, 1 fruit and 1 plain scone each, with jam and cream, and 4 little cakes each. We also has proccesso and a pot of tea. It was well presented in a wooden different see threw box, We were asked several times if were ok and was there anything more we wanted, well worth a visit and very good value for money

Some might like to be awoken at 7.45 to sweet home Alabama playing a full blast but I'm not one of them. Hopefully there speaker will be broken soon as we are here for another 2 nights

Only stopped for a beer but seemed nice, clean and the bar staff were very friendly

Just had 3 nights at this fantastic hotel with my 14 year old son... what a great time, lovely staff, great pool. Couldn't have asked for a better time. :) Didn't eat there as there wasn't anything my son liked on the menu but it looked good from what i saw.

Wow... We got married here on the 24/08/18. From the moment we decided that we wanted to get married here kate and her team have been amazing. We only had a small wedding on 16 but nothing was too much trouble, from allowing us to use the restaurant from our meal, to having a big party in the evening. They were on the phone for every little query we may have had, and when we arrived for our wedding it was more than perfect. The professionalism the staff gave was second to none and they were there for us every step of the way. The food was outstanding for both day and night. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thankyou to each and everyone of you, we wouldn't think twice about recommending you. Mr and Mrs pavey

This hotel is a comfortable hotel in a great spot The bathroom was very small and we were in the superior room Very creeky floors all over the hotel upstairs Comfortable big bed and great breakfast though Had to pay £10 for parking the car and when we went out and came back there were no spaces left and they said that it's first come first serve so had to park in disabled bay but was told that if any blue badges come in I would have to move even tho I played £10 thought that was wrong if you pay for space it should be yours until you leave When we checked out we wernt even asked how are stay was they just said room number and then said yes that's it very rude I thought
