We particularly love that it is something bespoke for us that we can use in all manner of things in future. Services that are on offer include; - Virtual Assistant: General admin duties, writing - Customer service/experience consultancy: I will work with you to identify how to improve your current customer service/experience plan or we can establish what your currently do and build upon that. - Marketing Events: Supporting you with promotion, competitions, social media pages and online accounts. - Event Communication: Contacting clients, attendees and sponsors to procure funds, attendance and creating opportunities. - Event Admin: Assisting with administrative tasks and invoicing. - Event Consultation: I can be hired to organise your event with frequent check-in's with you or I can be a sound board to offer event expertise and opinion just to guide you so you stay hands on. This option includes; sourcing venues, caterers etc. to provide you with a PDF or quotations - completing the leg work for you. I love organising and customer service/experience which all direct me to event management. I assisted and volunteered at events for years before I knew I could study it and then work in the industry; it's a career I've always looked at and knew I could do it and do it well. I'm a natural organiser and have a really keen eye to detail, so when I combine this with my love of providing great customer service and giving someone an experience to remember, it makes me really happy! No job is looked down on with me I adore the paperwork and the bits that some would say are less glamourous. So not only is it a natural fit for me but it's something that plays on my strengths and my passion.

I wanted to tailor fit my career to me and my passion but not lose that personal touch.
Starting my own business allows me to do what I love, on my terms and keep a strong, positive relationship with clients. I enjoy so many aspects of the event industry that I had to hone in on the elements that I really succeed at, so all my services are elements I do well. I also like to be able to offer other services that are separate from the usual organisation of an event, some people may not need an event organiser and may just require event communication assistance, for example. Ultimately I want to be my own boss and really succeed in something I love and do it in areas where my clients get the best service.
