My name’s Jake Beamson, Owner of Jake Beamson’s Photography, I have been very lucky to turn my passion for photography into a thriving business. Having trawled the West Midlands for wedding photographers my wife and I were disappointed as we were looking for a more natural and bespoke wedding shoot. Upon widening our search, we stumbled across Jake Beamson whose light work and artistry stood out from the crowd. One phone call later we had everything booked and were happy with our choice. Come the big day both Jake and his assistant were very professional and easy to work with. We were also impressed with his commitment to travel around 130 miles during mid-December for the Wedding. Following on, we were kept in regular contact as the photos were edited and shortlisted for the handmade wedding albums, which are due in the post this week. In all, I would expect this quality work to come from someone much older, and to be much more expensive. An incredible and unique photographer who is more affordable than you may think. Highly recommended!

Neil was recommended to us by our videographer and from the moment we met Neil to chat about our wedding, we instantly knew he was the one for us. We aren’t particularly local to Neil (venues were Swindon and Cheltenham), so we were so pleased Neil was able to come from WSM to photograph our wedding. Also, we had the added bonus that Deb has now joined Neil full time and was able to assist on the day!
Neil and Deb did a pre-visit to our venue beforehand to suss it out (as it wasn’t one they had been to before) which we are so grateful they did as they sourced an amazing waterfall that my husband and I had missed on our visits! Neil captured so many beautiful photographs, he was so dedicated to the cause that he stood in the waterfall to take some shots and also attempted to bribe a swan at one point! Deb was also simply amazing and has a fantastic eye for detail ensuring everything was arranged to get the perfect picture. Also sacrificing her white shoes at one point to some mud whilst carrying my dress so it didn’t get too dirty!
Neil and Deb make such a great team and we could not fault them in the slightest. They were a pleasure to have as part of our wedding. We are so lucky to have found them as Neil and Deb captured our special day perfectly, the photos are simply stunning and we cannot stop looking at them!! �

Phil comes highly recommended! He arrived on the morning of our wedding and stayed throughout the day, all the way up until late evening. Most photographers charge the same or more than Phil does and only stay for 3/4 hours. He is friendly, extremely professional and makes everyone feel comfortable whilst taking photos.
