Poppy was our wedding photographer and was an absolute superstar! Her level of care, dedication, effort and attention to detail was impeccable, she made us feel so at ease on our special day. I was really nervous about looking ridiculous or not attractive enough, and not knowing what to do for a boudoir shoot. Charlie was amazing - she put me right at ease, made sure I was okay and comfortable, and we ended up laughing for a huge amount of the shoot. She wanted to capture me how I feel sexy or cute, in a comfortable space for me. This meant the pictures really felt like they were representative of me, and were really organic, not just me in fancy heels and 'typical' 'sexy' poses and negligee. I just wore a big comfortable shirt and ended up playing around - some of the best pictures were essentially outtakes! I had such a great time and the final pictures are unbelievable! ... it was a bit like Torville and Dean's bolero ... but without the ice, and the skates and ... well OK, not like Torville and Dean exactly - but the easy slow tuneful melody started with Mel setting the scene ( moving the furniture - checking the light - putting me at ease ) developed it's pace ( with real movie star lighting and some stage direction ) and before I knew it, she had captured me, ( the me like I feel on the inside ) cue surge of relief and hurrahs all round - the pixels were all aligned and I had my new portrait photos for my business website, LinkedIn etc. and the session was over. Thank you Mel - it was easy enjoyable and fun and you were awesome.

Helena did a lovely job of capturing the fun at a big family birthday party for us in October. Helena is very accommodating and easy to work with too.
