Richard has been amazing since the day we first met him, he's made us feel relaxed and comfortable infront of a camera and has some truly stunning work. From day 1 we really felt Richard wanted to get to know us and our venue so that he could capture the day perfectly, and boy did he do just that! Throughout the year and 4months we have been in touch with Richard he has been incredibly helpful, he's always answered our queries promptly and nothing is ever too much trouble, even meeting for a cheeky gin or a coffee to discuss details when we were in the area!! When we were searching for suppliers in the local area (we actually live 80miles away!) Richard hooked us up with his contacts who were also incredible on the day. During the wedding day itself, we felt like Richard was one of the guests. He was unobtrusive, mingled with our family and friends (who all commented on what a lovely guy he is!) and even busted a few moves on the dance floor with us and took some selfies! Not only does this mean you get some beautiful couple photos but you get a break from saying thank yous and get some time with your new Husband/Wife! - Have an Unplugged Ceremony! You have hired a photographer, don’t let those photos be ruined by phones and tablets getting in the way. It also means your guests are more engaged with the ceremony instead of watching through a screen. - Ask your wedding party to remove any hairbands, fitbits or smart watches that are on their wrists before the big day. They never look good with formal clothing, especially bridesmaid dresses!! I love photographing different people and capturing their personalities. My favourite images of weddings are always of people laughing. A photo can speak 1000 words.
I have loved weddings from a very young age; when I started studying photography I knew exactly what sector I wanted to work in. Having my own photography business challenges me and it continues to build my confidence. My parents built their own business from scratch, which has always inspired me to do the same within the industry that I love.
I like to think that I am a relaxed, fun and creative photographer. I’m not going to force you stand awkwardly and say cheese. Id much rather capture the real you in a more relaxed and candid way. I personally hate being infront of the camera so I know how it feels.

I follow all government guidelines. I personally feel more comfortable wearing a mask whether they are mandatory or not. I want to try my hardest to keep both my clients and myself safe during this pandemic which includes during meetings and photoshoots.
