I have nothing but praise for Gem, the team and the salon. I had come to Plymouth on a day trip from my rural home town over 100 miles away to find a wig. I had not realised how involved buying a wig would actually be and had no idea I would need an appointment to see someone, The store I had traveled to did not have any wigs and the sales lady could see i was very upset. She recommended GG's and found me the number. .. After talking to Gem, she realised my disappointment and managed to slot me in and see me later that day , Gem was welcoming and friendly and gave me loads of informative advice about wigs. Very luckily , she had a real hair wig in stock which was a perfect fit , but the wrong colour, She then gave me colour samples and said it could be coloured and styled to what I wanted. I was over the moon. The following week I made the 200 mile round trip again to collect my wig. I am so pleased with it, It is perfect and has given me confidence again to go out in public.Hopefully this wig will last quite some time but I will definitely be going back when i need a new one. I cant thank you all enough. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wig.

The whole procedure was so relaxing. I also had my lashes lifted and everyone has given me compliments about how lovely they look. Kimberly did my wedding makeup and the makeup for my bridal party in May. I don’t wear much makeup normally and really wanted to have a natural look that lasted the day and night. It was such a pleasure to meet Kimberly at my trial. She was so lovely and really listened to what I wanted. She is so knowledgeable about makeup/looks etc. and I had complete confidence that our makeup would be fabulous on day. I was not disappointed and the makeup was amazing - I have never felt so pretty. At my wedding I cried, laughed, hugged all my guests and danced from 8pm to midnight. Where do I start? THis is a million times better than any nail bar in Plymouth. I live and work in London and visit family at weekends I have had my nails done all over town and even in Harvey Nichols and would still rate LUXE above it. I couldnt believe what I saw walking in old retro movies playing, better coffee than you can buy (but free!!), the person running it (the owner I think) was so so cheerful and friendly she knew everything about nails, the options I had etc. I ended up having enhancements with Shellac and my nails look like something out of a magazine!! The technician I had was working towards her masters and it shows they only use top quality professional products and again it shows. This salon is new and is going to embaress other nail bars in Plymouth superior in every single way I wish I could go back every week!! I cant say enough good things. You've got to try it!!

Lovely relaxing having my hair washed in a massage chair. Lots of advice on various things to do with your hair. Did a lovely job on my nails for my Christmas party. Have not tried their other beauty items, but clean, inviting and friendly all round. Facebook page gets you invites to events that promote new products and treatments. Highly recommend to everyone.
