Kirsten B did my make up and hair for myself and two bridesmaids for my wedding in October 2021.
Unfortunately, Kirsten did not allocate enough time to complete all three of us, and also left myself as the bride until last. Consequently my make up and hair was rushed, and I ended up being late for my (3pm) ceremony.
I missed the reveal to my bridesmaids, and had to get dressed in a mad and stressful rush.
We had not been able to have a trial in advance due to Kirsten being ill and then me having to quarantine prior to the wedding. While this may have contributed a small amount to the timing issues on the day, I believe Kirsten simply did not allocate enough time to complete all three of us on the day.
I did raise this afterwards via email with Kirsten and she stated that brides are always late, which I feel is not a professional stance and I was disappointed in her response.
I wish I had been aware that timings would be so tight on the day, I would have booked somebody else.
