Can’t recommend this florist highly enough. They delivered beautiful flowers to my partners daughter at short notice (same day). I didn’t ring them until midday but they were still happy to help. Hannah’s customer service was great at the point when I was ordering. My partner’s daughter was not home when they delivered but they liaised with her through the doorbell app and arranged to leave them somewhere safe. Hannah then contacted me even though it was outside business hours to make sure that the flowers had been received and that we were happy with them. She went above and beyond and her customer service was outstanding at this stage. Would definitely use again and recommend.
