Well, going the extra mile is an understatement! Interflora let us down the day before my mum’s funeral, even though they took my money and sent a confirmation email. it was a bank holiday so we thought that was it. We emailed Naomi at Barnwells saying I knew it was a very long shot but could she help? I told her not to feel bad if she couldn’t but surprisingly she came back and said she’d help, what a surprise! She did everything we wanted and the flowers were beautiful. She turned our mood from 1 to 10 in an instant! We’ll always use Barnwells now and very highly recommended them.
