They are both professional and friendly. I had a dress which I felt uncomfortable in as it had a very low underarm, after a fitting the handkerchief style hem was made one length with the excess material being used as inserts, the finished result was... you wouldn’t have known it had been altered.
I’ve had pockets sewn up on my new M&S red slacks because they pulled open when sitting down.

Rose was absolutely fantastic! I got my bridesmaid's dresses (x3) only 6 weeks before the wedding and Rose managed to get them already on time. This was not an easy job as my chief bridesmaid lives in Manchester and Rose had to make some extra adjustments with just 48 hours to go.
