From the minute I chose to work with NB Consultants Steve contacted me straight away to discuss what it was that I required and for what type of event. Steve was quick to respond, listen to what I wanted and most certainly delivered. On the night Steve arrived on time and took over in the Kitchen to what all the ladies described him as " a kitchen ninja". Throughout the meal Steve talked about the food he was presenting and was extremely professional. Steve had cleaned down, packed up and was ready to leave without us knowing and we didn't have to lift a finger. The standard of food was exceptional to which I was getting told "it was better than what you would get in Spain"!!
Massive compliments to the chef, a perfect way to end our hen doo weekend! We can't thank you enough Steve for the most Exceptional food and service.

We offer catering for weddings, birthday parties or just having friends over for dinner we can cater for you. We offer a large range of hot and cold. We also offer BBQ catering and yes we can cook in the rain. We can also create a menu just for you and your event. We buy as much as we can from local suppliers and we don't compromise on quality.

Back's Deli is owned by the ever amiable Andy, a trained chef who has created a top standard delicatessen in the Heaton Moor area of Stockport. Andy descends from a long line of foodies, his Great Grandfather owned Back's Deli in 1920's New York and Andy and his wife Karen have kept the family tradition alive.Back's sells an extensive selection of breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and local produce. They stock specialist breads, fruit and veg and eco-friendly, natural products for babies. The shop is large, cream and airy with the menu written quaintly on enormous blackboards and the food displayed beautifully behind a huge glass counter. The shop make fab hampers for occasions and always sell out of the basket of unusual beers for Father's day.Back's also provide outside catering and supply buffet requirements on request. Prices here are reasonable, this is M&S quality but with cheaper prices. Maybe its all in the mind, but when you buy cheese and olives from this deli, it tastes so much better from those purchased in the supermarket. On a Saturday, customers can pop by for a barbeque and the store also hold wine tasting events.This is wonderful, fresh produce and I would recommend this delicious deli to everyone- but to my fellow Yelpers first of course.

After being let down very last minute for our wedding cake we was directed Cariads way from a family member. Wow the cake was amazing so much more than what we was expecting considering we gave her a weeks notice. The sponge was awesome and the attention to detail next to none! The price too compared to every other quote we had was fantastic her work is definitely worth so much more. Will be returning next year for a christening cake.. wouldn't look elsewhere now. Thank you again xx
