Dadya founded by Gamze Ateş who served in boutique bakery sector as a cake designer and instructor more than 9 years. She started her carier in 2009 . Specially work in the area of weddings,birthdays and also work with corporate firms. Leading companies throughout her career and has had the opportunity to work with individual customers. In accordance with the customer’s request, each designed to be hand-made and served with delicious products.

After graduating from the Knightsbridge School of Cake Decorating, Rana worked at The Hummingbird Bakery, running their flagship kitchen in Soho. She set up Rana’s Delights in 2009 and has since built a community of loyal customers who come back time and time again. Rana is passionate about three things - handcrafted cakes that taste as good as they look, building a community of local, independent suppliers and sharing her love of baking with the next generation.
