Claire made our absolutely stunning wedding cake. We had 2 wedding ceremonies- Hindu and Catholic and Claire managed to bring these 2 cultures together brilliantly in a fun, imaginative and delicious cake, decorated with hand made figurines of us dressed in Indian attire and a couple of elephants adorning the tiers for good measure. I didn’t think it would be possible on seeing the cake, but I can honestly say it tasted even better than it looked, with each of the 4 tiers flavoured differently to suit both of our tastes. The cake is still a talking point for many guests and we feel very lucky and blessed that Claire was available and willing to craft it for us. Theres not a huge amount you can say about cakes, but you don't need to as they really do speak for themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone for any occasion.
