Every wedding is so different and I love being part of a couples special day. The wedding cake is such an important aspect of the day, symbolising good fortune and happiness . Everybody at a wedding wants to see the cake, so it is important it both looks and tastes amazing. I really enjoy being creative, taking lots of ideas and inspiration and putting them into your bespoke cake design.
I used to be a primary school teacher but when I had my children I decided I wanted to change career. I have now been designing and making cakes for over 5 years and couldn't imagine doing anything else!
I recently won Best Wedding Cake Designer in the North West 2018 at The Wedding Industry Awards.
Every cake I make is baked from scratch. I use free range eggs, supreme sponge flour and Nielsen Massey vanilla. Wedding cakes are filled with luxurious Swiss meringue buttercream and coated in Belgian chocolate ganache underneath Massa Ticino fondant. I only use the best in my cakes!
