At Ronnie's Novelty cakes we specialise in providing one of a kind bespoke wedding and celebrations cakes as well as making and setting up delicious sweets for sweet/dessert table. We offer a good list of flavours which can be taste at our cake tasting session providing a great oportunity to discuss at lenght your cake designs and specifications. Because we know how important your wedding cake is for you every single detail is important.

My personal four favourite cake flavours are; carrot and cream cheese, lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and chocolate Guinesss but I’m aways experimenting with new flavours as to me the most important think about eating a slice of cake is enjoying it (and wanting to go back for more). I prefer to use buttercream to decorate, usually finished with edible fresh (or dried) flowers, nuts or herbs for a romantically, rustic look.

Everything we make is bespoke and made by us, from scratch in our bakery. As such, we're able to often make cakes at short notice and for it into a customer's budget. We are able to cater for many 'free-from...' options and just over half our customers require vegan, dairy, egg, soya or gluten-free cakes. We're trained at the prestigious Tortik Annushka in Moscow and won a bake-off amongst London bakers as London's best Vegan cake baker.
