I love meeting new people, listening to their requests and being able to jot down ideas and sketch up an awsome cake design. I love this stage because its so nice getting to find out peoples likes, dislikes, how they met, hear about their other wedding or party plans and really get to know them. The best bit is when the finished cake is viewed by my customer for the first time, the looks on peoples faces of pure joy is priceless. It makes me feel really happy that I created something so cool just for them.

Erm let me think...... other than the obvious thing that my cakes and other favours etc are completely delicious (the most important thing, its gotta taste good right?) They're also quite spectacular to look at. I really DO care about what turns out of my kitchen. Quality control is super high here, if its not right I change it until it is right! Unfortunately that's the down side of being a perfectionist!! I'm freindly, honest and completely dedicated to my customers. Thats why most work I have these days is from loyal returning customers.
